This is a 50% underground apartment facing the backyard of the main building.
Quiet and away from the street. It's a spacious 550 square foot 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom place. Not a lot of natural light, but very cozy and comfortable place right in the center of SF!
Open kitchen Living room with a comfy converting sofa that sleeps 2. Each bedroom can sleep 2.
Natural stained sealed concrete floor repainted as it scared some!
Other things to note
Parking is free on the street but limited to 2 hours at a time on weekdays. No time limit on Sunday and all nights from 6pm to 10am. If you want to park for longer than 2 hours on weekdays, you'll need to obtain a Q permit. $120/year.
You can also park 2 blocks down where there are 2 blocks with no time limits or permit required. (Best if you want to leave your car parked for a few days at a time)
