Excellent service, front desk staff. The beautiful view of the water is a plus, but I am critical of cleanliness. The best part about the Best Western Plus Bayside hotel is that it is very clean. I will be back.

We are repeat visitors to this property because of cleanliness, comfort, beauty, and safety. The staff is welcoming and accommodating. This visit was because of a loved one’s funeral. I had some of the best sleep I’d had in a long time— something that can be difficult during periods of intense grief. The view of the Embarcadero is beautiful and comforting. This remains our preferred hotel for stays in the Bay Area.

Wonderful stay! From the check in, to the spacious rooms with a view, to the comfortable beds and furniture, clean and big bathroom, to the good, hot breakfast offered, this was a great stay! I'd stay here again, and highly recommended this location.

The room was clean, but the windows were filthy. The front of the hotel was very noisy due to traffic, however, walking out the back was very comfortable and had a walking path. Due to the inconvenient location I would not stay here again.
