The first bedroom has a queen bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, a mounted flatscreen TV, and access to a full bathroom with a shower down the hall. The primary bedroom is on the upper level, offering a queen bed, a flatscreen TV, and a bathroom just outside the room. From here you can also access the upper-level sundeck, where you can stretch out on the daybed for a little outdoor relaxation right at home. San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy, Age Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersedes the policies of VRBO and Airbnb.
Our cancellation policy will allow you to cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival. There is a cancellation fee of 10% of the total payment or $300, whichever is higher. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival, there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.
