"We had a great stay! We arrived midday and were able to check in immediately. The suite was the perfect size for our family of 4, with privacy for my teenage girl on the sofa bed in the sitting room. The location is perfect for a nice walk to lunch, dinner, or the beach, and a great spot for Uber pickups. We enjoyed both the pool and the hot tub during our visit and absolutely loved the generous, delicious breakfast options. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. A great visit all around."

"I booked the Coronado Island Marriott to celebrate our anniversary with my husband. We reserved a Bay View room. The view from our room was beautiful - it looked out on the bay, the Coronado bridge & downtown San Diego. The hotel surprised us with chocolate covered strawberries & champagne on our second night. We loved the walking/biking path along the water. We booked an e-bike tour with Paradise Tours located at the Marriott - highly recommend. We look forward to going back to Coronado & staying at the Marriott. "

"Parking was easy. The room could use a more detailed clean. No kitchen. The refrigerator is in the bathroom which I found strange, but assumed it's because of the amount of space in the room. "

"Just love this cute Hotel!!! Super nice personal!! Dog friendly, clean and cozy. Breakfast restaurant is 10 out of 10!!"

"The price of the hotel in my opinion is too high for the view and my room linen had an unpleasant odor especially the comforter. I wanted to be able to see the sunset and had paid for an ocean view but got a view that was of the water between the coronado bridge and San Diego. Also there were no Coca Cola products which mattered to me. The cafe that served coffee was always polite and delicious. "

"I moved to this hotel at the last minute. I was at a resort in Mission Beach paying a ridiculous amount of money per night, and it was not great. It was loud (excessively so…I could hear balcony doors opening at 5am that sounded like thunder, not to mention screaming and music all night and early morning) and outdated. The Hampton on the other hand, was beautiful, clean, quiet (except for the Elephant upstairs); parking was cheap, breakfast was included, and the staff were amazing. Highly recommend "

"Staff very nice and helpful. Location is great.Parking is off site two blocks away and pricey. it is also limited. There is no easy way to drop off luggage either before you park. If you have mobility issues some rooms are not accessible and require you to access via very steep stairs. "

"What a charming historical place to stay! Built 1906 hence the name. Themed rooms, a lovely garden with fountain, old school charm and hospitality. Complimentary Happy hour 4-5 and breakfast from 8-9:30 everyday. Highly recommend."
