"I loved this little place. The studio is well furnished with a wonderful outdoor space in the back. The kitchenette gives flexibility for light meals, snacks, and coffee in house. The host communicated well, provided information and recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. This is walking distance to the beach and a few local eateries. I would stay again when in the area!"

"We were here to tour SDSU & USD for college. Apartment is well located, clean, and parking is easy. Our flight got delayed several times, so we weren't able to check in until 2:30am--self check in was easy. Alan and his colleagues were quite helpful and easy to get ahold of."

"We enjoyed the proximity to parks, the zoo, downtown, soccer stadium, the airport, etc. The host was great to deal with. The property needs some tlc. The awning in the yard which shows in the picture was lying on the ground, there was no tray for the dish rack, the bedroom closet door was off the slider and the cabinet under the TV in the living room was partly broken. You'll need to be able to sign in to your own streaming services and there's no live TV. These are minor details and as such we...

"A perfect weekend get away spot in San Diego"

"The apartment was withing walking distance of the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, bars, and souvenir shops. We were able to easily drive into downtown San Diego for other activities that we were interested in. The only thing I was disappointed with was there was not any air conditioning. We are from a colder climate and found that part uncomfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in CA. This will likely be the last time we will spend a vacation with just our little family as our kiddo's are...
