Our stay at Hotel Bo was incredible from start to finish. The level of service here was a breath of fresh air. Every single staff member we encountered, from the welcoming greeting at the door to the efficient check-in and the attentive cleaning staff was amazing. ​The hotel itself is a sanctuary. It is exceptionally calm, with beautiful gardens and a very pleasant, curated atmosphere (even the background music and soundscapes were perfect). Our room was incredibly comfortable and well-designed. ​A few highlights: ​The Food & Drinks: The restaurant is top-tier; every meal and cocktail was excellent. ​The Tours: We used the hotel’s drivers for trips to Sumidero Canyon and Palenque. They were professional, friendly, and made the long journeys seamless. ​The Staff: Unlike other places we’ve stayed, the team here truly makes you feel like a valued guest. ​If you are visiting San Cristóbal de las Casas, do not hesitate to stay here. It was one of the highlights of our trip!

The overall hotel is ok , we stayed at the best suite of the hotel… however we experienced a few issues : WIFI WAS NOT AVAILABLE IN THIS SUITE !!! …. They DO NOT have frigo-bar inside the room, they ONLY provide two small bottles of water per day ( that’s it ) , they ONLY provide TWO bath towels, so we were asking for more towels every si how day we were there … food is good , excellent breakfast, staff is very friendly , but the overall experience was a just regular one

This property exudes a cool modern vibe. It is just two small blocks away from the center of town. However, the larger suite with breakfast all at half the price at Guayaba Inn made me wish I had stayed at the other property entirely
