"Our 4th visit. We enjoy the cleaniliness and easy access to restaurabts, bars, the beach. Its in a great location. Lovely pool area. Rooms are kept spotlessly clean. Always a pleasure for us , we have no complaints. Pool still cold tho, not convinced it's heated, it was even colder last month. Hot tubs are great tho. "

"Half board food had plenty to choose from, but nothing was more than expected. Salad selection super fresh. Beds really comfortable, and location near the Yumbo was super convenient. As a solo traveller I found this was perfect for me, during bear carnival week. The hotel is beyond inclusive and I felt very welcomed and at home here. Its true that some of the hotel needs some TLC, cosmetic touches and structural repairs but nothing major. Also surprisingly quiet considering its location to nearby nightlife and restauarnts etc. This has been my 2nd visit and im sure ill be back."

"Supposedly a 4 star hotel but disappointing considering the price. They have the gall to charge €3/day to use the in-room safe - I've never seen this in any other hotel in the world; the 'housekeeping' is rudimentary - they will only make the bed, replace towels and empty bins; lots of choices in the breakfast buffet but it isn't great quality - their 'bacon' is some processed and reformed pig by-product. I'm sure there are better value options in Maspalomas."

"Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The reception staff greeted me with warm smiles and provided all the necessary information about the hotel's facilities and services. My room was ok. The amenities provided in the room as usual, like any other 5-star hotel. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and eager to assist. The dining experience at the hotel's restaurant was exceptional. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day on a positive note. At one point, I found a cockroach on my site table, complain to the staff at my check out. "

"Typical low budget hotel for high money. Room with devastated floors tiles with not working lift for whole duration of stay.Food as expected low quality meats and other hot meals greasy. Veg and fruits very good.Cakes no comment all artificial. Not recommended. "
