Wedding stay

This was our first time staying there and the place is nice! The breakfast was good and the front desk staff was very friendly. We stayed overnight because we attended a wedding nearby. The room was pricey due to the Thanksgiving weekend but we sleep comfortably.

I always travel with my dog. Many properties say they are dog friendly when they are only dog tolerant. This property is friendly and the grounds provide great walking space.

Great place to stay

My check in was amazing. The front desk person was multitasking and didn’t make me feel rushed. Welcomed me and asked if I needed anything. This type of service is why I continue to come back to this property.

Our stay was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast and the breakfast staff were great. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Most Staff was friendly and helpful. The tv is not up to date and does not have streaming capability. The carpet in the room was worn and seemed dirty. Housekeeping did not empty our trash or refresh the towels at all during our stay from Friday to Monday. A piece fell off of the shower head and bathtub is worn and dirty looking. The caulking in the bathroom is unsightly.

While the reception staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel itself is tired. The breakfast consisted of packaged and microwaved food. The housekeeping staff was below par and not even close to meeting the minimum requirements. I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel and staff were great. The rooms were very nice. Three things I thought could use improving. 1. The door to my room took way too long to close. 2. The towels could have been better quality and 3. The cutlery for breakfast needed to be better quality. I hate cheap cutlery packages.

On the first night, the hotel had NO water. They gave us a bucket, and there was a barrel of water next to the elevator to flush the toilets. I had to ask for a discount for that night, but they did reduce that night by about 30%. Other than that, everything was good.
