My room was so clean and well-maintained! In the shower, the water didn't do that thing where it jumps from super cold to super hot when you barely touch the knob. The staff was friendly and professional. Jesse was one of the main people at the front desk while I was there. A great hotel for a great price. Good location too, in terms of distance from downtown. The business center was closed during my visit, but the desk was upfront with me about that and allowed me to study in the lobby/breakfast table area. Literally no complaints except the soap was a little hard to rinse all tge way off my hands.

There were stains and things broken or missing or damaged around the room when I got it which was concerning and the elevator stopped working to get up to my floor.
