We enjoyed our stay at Tapatillo Springs Resort. We did have a few maintenance issues during our visit. The shower head initially had very little water pressure, but it was replaced quickly. Later, the shower began draining slowly, and maintenance came out and took care of the problem promptly. The Cascada Restaurant was excellent! The service was great, and we really enjoyed our experience there. The pool was also nice and relaxing, and our bed was comfortable. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The resort could definitely benefit from some renovation and updating, but the friendly and responsive maintenance staff helped make our stay more enjoyable.

This was our 3rd time staying there. we enjoy the peace and quiet atmosphere. The golf course is a favorite of the hubby. The gym is nice also. Family friendly and close to drive in to San Antonio.

Golf was the saving grace of the stay. Even though we could only play the back nine due to flooding. The restaurant service was very slow and multiple orders were wrong. The food tasted good, it just took forever to get to the table.

This place is fabulous! Location, amenities, common grounds are beautiful. Our room was outdated. They have slapped some paint on it to make it look better but doors, fixtures, and bathrooms show signs of many years of wear and tear. At the end of the day that didn’t matter. The beds were comfortable, the staff is helpful and polite. Food was delicious, drinks were great. Overall we would go back any time.

I previously enjoyed staying here for business, but bringing my family and granddaughter for a before school trip had many letdowns. S'mores kits for the many fire pits were out of stock and the scheduled movie night never happened because they couldn’t get the speaker to work. To make matters worse, the pool water was murky and opaque, looking neglected, while loud music blared unchecked from a guest's private speaker for hours. Too many disappointments for one weekend. The restaurant staff’s excellent service was the highlight.

This was our 2nd time staying at this resort. Our room was clean, it does have a slight smell not sure how to describe but I spray lysol and it helps. We ate at the restaurant, food was good, service is slow being only one waitress they could use some help. The golf course is great. overall we enjoyed our stay and we will be back again.
