This property could be wonderful if updated. All the staff we encountered were so nice and helpful. It just looked tired and unclean. I am sure it was clean but with stained rugs and ripped cushions it is hard to tell. Niche coffee is excellent. The lobby area is in much better shape with a pretty live plant wall. It was easy to walk to places and the Riverwalk is right there. We would stay again if they revamped.

The check in staff and valet staff were great!!! We were in a corner room that was by a door that many people had to use to get to their room and it was noisy. Our tv did not work,but they did send up a staff member and he was able to get it working!!! Did not like that parking was not included.

A great hotel within walking distance of the RIVERWALK, and all downtown restaurants. Staff were extremely pleasant, friendly and helpful. Thought the $37 a night parking fees a bit high……… The Gavin restaurant within the hotel was wonderful! The servers were the best and the food delicious!

Valet was awesome the got you your vehicle in a timely matter everything else was bad front desk rude some got sick in elevator they tuck forever to clean it and the next day still dirty and smelled and the rooms are dirty vents walls baseboards tub will not recommend this Hotel to anybody

The room is a bit small for the price but you can tell they try to take care of what they have. The tv, toilet, and light fixtures are a bit hit or miss when using but it’s extremely clean and the staff are great! Also the AC is pretty solid. It’s 90 out but the inside is a nice 74.

The staff was friendly but not very knowledgeable about services. The business center computer and printer did not work, and the staff was unsure how to operate it. They did offer to let us use their office computer. Only one restaurant, staff was friendly but didn't know how to use a corkscrew. The fitness center was not open, and the pool furniture is dated.

To begin, the hotel is advertised as “on the Riverwalk” which is true, however the part that the hotel resides on is completely empty of people, restaurants and commerce. The Riverwalk is more of a 5 minute walk away. Please do not upgrade your view to watch cars being broken into and homeless people sleep. The pool is advertised as open until 10pm, however two nights in a row we tried to get in at 8:30pm & it was locked. The first night, the manager came and unlocked it pretending that it was unlocked the whole time. We quickly realized on day two that they just lock it up early. We called down to have it unlocked & we told someone would come up however no one did. That was the last time we attempted that. The lobby is very nice. Barely air conditioned, the staff were dripping in sweat but it looked good. As soon as you arrive to the 4th floor, it’s like a different hotel. The carpets are very stained, the lighting is very dark and paint is peeling like crazy. The room was extremely outdated. Very small bathroom that you could barely walk in, horrible shower pressure, no smart TV & the apple TV wasn't connecting, one of the lights was out and even with all of the lamps combined, it was still very dark. The lighting was all different bulb types as well. The beds were like bricks. Also no where to hang towels so we went thru them like crazy. Lastly, the parking is NOT included! It is $37/night.

The property is old and needs upgrading, the carpet in the halls looked disgusting, bathroom were too small, the rooms seriously need upgrading. No free parking whatsoever And we paid for a “Riverwalk view” when there was more parking lot insight this should not even be an extra charge.
