This place does not accept online reservations, made us pay for our reservation in cash, rooms were nasty, did not stay, found another place. Did not get a refund cause we had been in the room for over an hour.

Terrible, don't get this hotel, you’ll have the worst day of your life if you get this hotel, its bad and you will not feel safe if you get this hotel just by the looks and I wasn't able to check in cuz nobody is there ,I paid for nothing basically I have the money for free , for military folks , this hotel is using fort samhouston in the name but its not inside the base so please dont get this hotel nad decision i did in my life is getting this place, expedia will not help you either tried to call for a refund but I don’t get response from any representatives. So please dont get this hotel.

Location was okay; felt unsafe for my daughter and I (mom) - the first room they gave us (one king bed)/paid for two beds), the door locks inside the room were broken; the room wasn't very nice but I guess it was worth the $75 per night we paid. Motel 6 would have been nicer.

HORRIBLE STAY

Terrible stay. Room dirty. Towels were old bedding even older with holes in comforter. Small bathroom. Door didnt close room half open. Holes at bottom of door where mice could enter. Management non existant. Over 50% rms under construction.

Rundown motel in undesirable neighborhood

Not much of a motel. It's family owned and run by an Indian family. Not very friendly and quality is sub-par.

No sheets and cigarette burns on the comforter.

Very nice staff. Hotels.com however, appears to be bilking the hotel of local occupancy taxes. When checking in the receptionist informed me I needed to pay occupancy taxes because Hotels.com did not pay them for it. My reciept clearly stated the taxes were paid and my CC had been charged for them. So, either the receptionist was lying or Hotels.com is not sending full payment to the hotel. In general this was a pretty lousy hotel. Toilet leaked, lighting was poor, shower faucet handle was not attached and kept falling off. Vagrant looking people hanging around. No flat sheet on the bed just the "comforter" that had burn marks from cigarettes. I'll move on down the road next time.
