Honestly I had the best experience here coming from another hotel I checked out of early I found this one last minute and the moment I walked in the lobby it smelled clean, the staff was great and the rooms was clean and smelled clean as well. The free parking and free breakfast was also a plus!

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I liked that we could control the temperature in the room. The proximity to SeaWorld, various eateries and the freeway was a plus. The office and staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was adequate with eggs, biscuits, sausage, waffles, fruits, yogurt, cereals and danishes. The coffee was also good. My granddaughter enjoyed swimming in the clean outdoor pool. They also provide pool towels. I will definitely stay here again on our next visit to San Antonio.

My room was clean the same as the areas around. The staff was nice and welcoming. For how my family eat the breakfast was great. The only thing I didn’t like is that is located next to fast food and you can hear things around when the AC turn off, besides that no complaints at all. Me and my children liked it

The hotel room and bathroom was clean. The bed was comfy. We got a room with a King and there was ample space. The staff was friendly and kept us stocked on clean towels. (5 hot Sept days in San Antonio requires daily showers) And the pool was nice. I did not have breakfast because we always left each morning before it was available, so i can't comment on that. I was not aware when I booked that this hotel was with outside door entry instead of my preferred indoor hallway entry. But it turned out to be OK. Sidenote, there is a football stadium nearby. On our last night, there was a game. I could hear the band playing from inside my room from 7 to 10. It's a good thing I'm a band mom.
