Clean room Staff helpful and polite Breakfast was your usual egg, sausage patty, biscuit, waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit, muffins AC works great Beds were ok Pillows soft but can use more cushion Indoor pool needs more airflow, was too hot and strong smell of chlorine Overall nice stay, alot of space and comfortable. Would book again if I was staying on this side of SA.

Good location, 10 mins from Seaworld, 15 mins from Riverwalk, 5 mins from HEB. Loved the room had living room area. Staff were very helpful. Pool was not cold at all which was perfect for my kids. Variety of breakfast item with warm scrambled egg and sausages. If we are going to Seaworld again, we probably pick this hotel again.

One of our bed sheets had a few stains, we didn’t realize it till we were leaving the room to check out. Other than that everything was great. My kids also loved the pull out sofa bed. Loved that the shower had shampoo and conditioner bottles installed.

Our room was great for small children… the bedroom was separated from the living area (and bathroom) by a French door (would be better if it were a solid door, but we were pleasantly surprised to have a door at all to help keep the bedroom quiet for sleeping kiddos). The breakfast was good for the price point (waffles, sausage, eggs, muffins, biscuits, yogurt) and the indoor pool was fun for the kids. There was an extremely loose tile in the sink area floor, but the room was clean. It was also a plus to have a working ice machine on the 2nd floor. Staff was friendly!

During my stay, a staff member asked what kind of truck I had and then began discussing recent car break-ins that had reportedly been happening to customers on the property. Hearing about these incidents after being asked about my vehicle made me feel uneasy and less comfortable during my stay. I do appreciate that she suggested I park my truck in an area covered by a security camera so it could be monitored. She also mentioned that she had already brought the safety concerns to corporate but felt that her voice was not being heard. I understand that the employee was trying to be helpful, and I appreciated her honesty and suggestion. However, guests should feel safe and comfortable while staying at a hotel. I hope management and corporate take these concerns seriously and improve communication and security measures for their guests.
