"Pros: The condo was gorgeous and very clean. Nice decor, towels and linens. Kitchen was adequate, TVs with Dish were great. Loved the welcome bottle of wine/cheese/crackers. View was awesome and we loved hearing the ocean from our deck! The beach at the condo complex was wonderful as well! Cons: The upstairs bed was not comfortable for us, the floors in the kitchen area were very squeaky, and the bathtubs were slippery (had to buy a bath mat). Our biggest issue was that the fridge wasn't keeping our food cold so we had to throw out a lot of our food that we JUST bought because it spoiled. The Sanctuary customer service was pleasant and responsive when I texted to report it but by the time we got our smaller loaner fridge, the food had already gone bad. Also, trash was left in the outside trash cans from the previous guests but the maintenance guy took it out for us when he was there to look at the fridge so that solved that issue. OVERALL, it was a quiet, relaxing time in a gorgeouse location. Just a bummer about the fridge inconvenience, wasted food, and uncomfortable bed."

"If you have never been to Monterey Dunes you are in for a treat! It's a great place to take the whole family! The house had amazing views and is steps from the beach. We loved using the sports court, hot tub at the house, and went into Moss Landing to kayak the Elkhorn Slough (highly recommend!) One bedroom is right next to the kitchen so the earliest riser should take this room."
