"This is a gorgeous spot for a relaxing beach vacation. Beautiful house (it shares a wall with quiet neighbors) with bedrooms in three separate, private wings, each with their own bathrooms, with two bedrooms having knockout views of the beach, and well-stocked kitchen with everything you need (including good coffee, oil and vinegar etc.) and a welcoming family room. The house has a great barbecue grill and all the necessary beach stuff. The hosts responded to questions immediately and made the place really welcoming. The site is a private, quiet beach community with tennis courts, pickleball, basketball, a nice pool and a good hot tub. And the beach goes on for miles. And you are an easy drive to amazing coastal walks, a redwood grove, and Monterey and its famous aquarium. I went with three generations of family members, eight in all, and it worked well and we had a blast."

"This really is a special property with views unparalleled anywhere in the world I believe. The grounds and beach are very private and quiet. The condo was completely stocked with everything needed. Everything was very clean. The only minor issue involved main gate access as the initial code I was given did not work. Luckily the gate shack is manned and I was let in upon giving my name and the condo address number. The private access to the beach is amazing and I hope to stay at this place again this year."

"Wonderful property, and we would absolutely love to stay here again. It was perfect for our family of four, with everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay.The location truly made it special, just steps from a stunning coastline that made every day feel like a getaway. We loved being able to walk out and take in the views so easily.Thank you for a great experience. We would definitely recommend this property to others and hope to return again soon."

"Discrepancies between listing on VRBO and actual accommodations: refrigerator and microwave were in a common area, NOT in the room, as listed. It was difficult to find the switch for the gas fireplace which was the only heat in the room and it was very cold, window open, when we arrived late in the evening (host was notified of late arrival.) The phones in the room did not work to call the front desk; I had to use my cell phone to reach them. Also, bed was hard; I realize this is a matter of preference but a softer bed would have been preferred. The room was clean and the view was fantastic."
