"Pasquale was very attentive during our stay. He was waiting out on the street for our arrival. He arranged for a taxi to take us to the train station upon departure. You are only a 20-25 minute walk from the train station and the ferry terminal. Apartment was very much as shown. Nice to have two balconies, one for viewing the ocean and the other for hanging up your clothes to dry. Would stay there again should we return to Salerno."

"Alexis and Angelo were wonderful. The space is gorgeous, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and it was easy to find. "Property was ok. Think more needs to be made of the internal stairs going to flat. They are very deep and steep. We were all over 75 and managed them but with luggage it was daunting. We stayed 10 days and would have appreciated clean sheets and towels half way through. Very little in the way of cleaning materials for kitchen and bathroom. We had to request a broom and mop. None of this got too much in the way of a wonderful holiday. The apartment is difficult to find but local shopkeepers...

"A charming little place in the historical part of Salerno. Very convenient to get anywhere. There is a public elevator just in front of the main door which makes it easier to go up but there is an access via the stairs as well. The communication with Marco was smooth and friendly. "This apartment straddles the ancient Salerno and the new Salerno. The train station is within walking distance. There is also a grocery store just minutes away from the apartment and a myriad of restaurants, bars, gelato and anything else you can think of eating. The property was smaller than we had thought, but, it served us well because the location was four star. "We quite enjoyed our stay at Donato's flat in Salerno. It's located right on the edge of the historic district, an easy walk to everything.
