Every day 2 small bottles of water were left in the room for free. There is a cafe on the ground floor. Breakfast is available for a fee. Do yourself a favor and get a room with a street window. The staff was very nice and the room was clean. We felt safe inside the hotel, but we took a walk and discovered a very sketchy neighborhood just across the street. So get a street-facing room and take a taxi at least to the park if you stay here. "Very nice and clean apartment. It’s location in Polanco is excellent. My only issue was that it was very hot and the apartment didn’t have a fan. Had to request a fan in order to sleep to the reception several times until they gave me one a day later. "
