It was clean and hotel was near restaurants and shops!! I just wish there was a table in the room, since we had to eat our food in the bed. Overall it was a good hotel.

First time staying for Mexico’s Independance day. Even though it was a struggle to get the event package, I was glad I did. The service was amazing and the event was well organized and worth the price. The only inconvenience is the hotel does not have private parking or drive up for Uber unless you request a taxi at the front desk. Otherwise, you have to catch the uber at the end of the block.

The Bad: The pool, sauna, gym was on the 6th floor, NO WHEELCHAIR ACCESS; my husband has to pull me up the stairs.
The Good: Other than the above, the property was beautiful, clean, quiet, friendly, and room service was FAST!
