"The hotel was great, during the earthquake the hotel shook but maintained its strength. The front check in staff females needs to work on their customer service and personality, it did not feel welcoming during our check in. The males were more nicer and helpful. Overall, it was an okay stay."

"Excellent Tokyo Base, Unbeatable Location Tokyo Station is an easy 7–10 min walk and Kyobashi Station on the Ginza Line, a minute away. Ginza’s shops and restaurants are close by and having a 7 Eleven on the ground floor was a huge bonus. Reception is on the 3rd floor and easily reached by lift. The reception area was bright, clean and welcoming. Staff spoke English and were friendly. Being able to securely leave our luggage before check in was very convenient. Our Superior Twin Room was modern and impressively spacious, with a comfy seating area, practical desk and very comfy beds. Sleepwear and slippers were provided. The room included a fridge with freezer (hello 7 Eleven ice cream) and bottled water was provided, though we found the water wasn’t replenished unless we requested room cleaning (hello 7-Eleven water). We are used to leaving a do not disturb sign, here you have to remember to leave tidy my room sign, just a different mindset not a negative. The bathroom had both a bath and shower, plus generous amenities including toothbrushes, toothpaste and hairbrushes. The only improvements would be a proper place to hang the bath towels after use and a low shelf in the wardrobe for us shorties. Despite being on a main road, soundproofing on the 9th floor was excellent, we heard nothing. The street view was lovely for watching the world go by with a cuppa. The hotel was consistently clean, tidy and well maintained throughout our stay. Fantastic stay, highly recommended!"

"Really enjoyed our stay at KOKO. It was conveniently located to the shipping areas and there were plenty of konbini and Starbucks locations nearby if you're a coffee fiend. Hotel rooms were nice and very updated, but I want to remind everyone that these are Tokyo sized rooms, not American sized. They are quite small for two people - even in a premium double. They also have nice amenities available to make your stay better including luggage storage. Would stay again, and I would recommend if you want to be near Ginza's shopping scene! Also somewhat close to Tokyo station."

"Travelling as a family of 4, it was helpful to have a kitchen, laundry as well as a separate sitting area. The property was close to the Tsukiji market (! 15-20 minute walk) as well as various train stations, making it accessible to other parts of Tokyo. We enjoyed how quiet the neighborhood was but you could quickly be in a more central part of the city in 20-30 minutes by train. The front desk was very helpful and knowledgable and able to communicate well in English. We would return to this hotel again!"
