Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einem netten Ferienhaus das der EigentĂŒmer im Winter selbst nutzt. Entsprechend war das Haus ausgestattet und hat keine WĂŒnsche offen gelassen. Unser Hund hat sich ebenso wie wir wohlgefĂŒhlt.

Alles sehr ordentlich und sauber. Traumhafte StrÀnde. Vermieter sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Einzig zu bemÀngeln wÀre das nicht zu empfangene deutschsprachige Fernsehen. Netflix und co. liefen aber einwandfrei. Alles in allem Unterkunft und Gegend sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Saint Germain. Das Ferienhaus liegt in unmittelbarer StrandnĂ€he (5 Minuten zu Fuß). Sauberkeit und Ausstattung lassen nichts zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig. Der Gastgeber Denis ist sehr nett, spricht fließend englisch und sehr hilfsbereit.

Mooi huis, goed bereikbaar. Klein technisch defect werd na melding direct verholpen door de verhuurder. Vragen onzerzijds via sms bericht aan verhuurder werden vier sms of telefonisch contact beantwoord. Goede en snelle service/reactie van verhuurder. Topklasse.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und liegt in einem Neubaugebiet.Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Man kann das Meer zu Fuß erreichen. SupermĂ€rkte in Lessay ca.12 km. BĂ€ckerei im Nachbarort 3 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die EigentĂŒmer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und neuwertig. Die Besitzer sind absolut freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Vermieter hat uns sogar FahrrĂ€der bereitgestellt. Die Umgebung von Saint Germain sur Ay ist sehr schön. Die StrĂ€nde und DĂŒnen sind gepflegt, sauber und menschenleer. AusflĂŒge in die Ungebung lohnen sich! Zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto, es gibt so viel zu entdecken. Das GrundstĂŒck ist eingezĂ€unt!!

La maison Ă©tait parfaitement adaptĂ© pour nous 3 , maman avec deux enfants . Propre, fonctionnelle bien Ă©quipĂ©e, trĂšs confortable et trĂšs lumineuse.
