This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The actual hotel is beautiful with excellent facilities, but the staff are unbelievable and made our stay. I hardly ever do reviews but I have to recommend this hotel. Saas Fee is a beautiful ski village and loved everything about it.

Friendly staff, great service, included breakfast was good. They happily accepted my request to keep my bags at the hotel after checkout and pick them later.

Absolutely perfect. Top quality appliances, beautiful staff, a perfect room - we couldn’t ask for more. 100%!

Great place for skiing with a family. Spa sometimes can be busy but was managed well by booking it in advance.

Great hotel - close to the main street and all the relevant lifts but in a quieter area of town. The breakfast was great and the staff were so always accomodating - assisting with plans and transport.

The design and style of the hotel and rooms was very modern and enjoyable. The views from the room was fantastic to wake up and fall asleep to, even if we couldn’t quite see the Matterhorn. The pool facilities were relaxing and comfortable. The breakfast spread was excellent with wide variety and excellent quality pastries.
