"As no-one else was staying at the hotel that night, the warm breakfast buffet was non-existing. A shame as a few days before that, when we were also staying there, the breakfast was actually really nice. Otherwise the hotel is great."

"Nous avons payé 25e/nuit pour la chambre double. Le point le plus positif est le personnel qui est vraiment très gentil et accueillant. Cependant, il n’y avait personne pour s’occuper de nos bagages, nous avons nous-mêmes pris le chariot pour les descendre de la voiture (notre chauffeur nous a donné un coup de main aussi). "This little hidden gem was located in the heart of Old Quarter, it was in such a convenient location. Huong was wonderful, she coordinated our pick up from the airport with little notice, and helped us immensely with our trip to Halong Bay! The staff in general were extremely friendly and we were very happy with our stay. The rooms were great very spacious and we were upgraded both nights at no extra cost which was such a pleasant surprise. "

"Great staff, good location. Do Not book Privare Transfer to Mu Cang Chai. Driver was ill prepared got a flat tire and dis not have a spare. This meant having to pay for a Hotel and mine and his food at MY COST. Due to Typhoon, ended up having to stay 2 nights, only 34 kms from my destination. Also had to pay for a motor taxi at MY COST from Hotel to Mu Cang Chai. I am expecting a reimbursement. Driver is to immature to be employed for Client Service."

Foods was delicious, hotel condition was good. Everyone has big smile all the time to make customer happy.."

"Breakfast was very good. However, if you are staying longer than 3 days, the selection gets old. I suggest getting breakfast at different places. The staff are very welcoming and helpful.
