"We had 3 fantastic stays at the Riverte Kyoto Kamogawa. Very service minded staff that took good care of us from arriving to checkout. Room was spacious, nice and comfortable - and the hotel has a small rooftop terrace. Area is quiet and nice, but with a selection of amazing small restaurants close by. We will stay here again when we visit Kyoto. "
"The room was huge, brand new and beautiful with incredible amenities, but the service sets apart the Kamo from other hotels. The staff repeatedly went beyond expectations."
"Beautiful hotel with Japanese garden connected to the room. Matcha room has private outdoor soaking tub over looking garden. Very zen atmosphere! 15 minute cab ride from Kyoto station in local neighborhood."
"There were two Japanese well maintained gardens and stone paving hallway outside. They were beautiful and they made us feel very historical culture. The summer season in Kyoto is very uncomfortable to stay outside because of the hight temperature but, in this house, for some reason we could stay comfortably without air conditioner. It was a huge house but all the rooms were cleaned perfectly. Especially we were impressed with the bathroom. The high-tech toilets beautiful wooden bath tub made us...
"A great hotel. It is modern, comfortable, clean, quiet, and in a great location. The service is among the best we have had anywhere, better than hotels that cost twice as much. Every member of the staff that we encountered was amazing. The restaurant and restaurant staff is also terrific. "
"We stayed at Yadotu Kyoto Hanare for 6 days and it was amazung!! This place is truly extraordinary - you get lots of space, full comfort and luxury in real, authentic Japanese way. It was a real pleasure to come back to this wonderful home after a long day filled with fantastic experiences. We are very thankful for having the opportunity to stay here. "Our stay at the Shijo Takakura Hotel grandreverie was great! It was the most memorable room of our trip to Japan, a great design and lots of space. The stone shower and bathtub were especially luxury. The staff was incredibly attentive. It's the one place we'd immediately go again!"

"This hotel’s location was amazing because of the access to a subway station. Check in and check out were done electronically and went smoothly. A ton of great restaurants were only a few blocks away!"
"The hotel is lovely and staff very friendly. It is in a quiet area with a few places to eat. There is a restaurant which we didn't try. There is a free shuttle bus to and from a subway station which was really useful as the hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the nearest subway stop. "
"My stay at the JUNEI surpassed my expectations. The customer care was amazing. The amenities were bespoke to my needs and the quality of the rooms facilitated the best sleep and relaxation. My advice to family and friends would be to stay at the JUNEI"
