This place is so welcoming and extra important because it is a hotel that nurtures and trains people with a disability to learn hospitality skills and gain experience and confidence. Expect a lovely highlands country, historical retreat. No TV in the room but all the comforts of home and great internet connection. Beautiful spaces to hang out in for work on your laptop or just to relax....

"Sipha and John are excellent hosts, Katoomba Manor is luxury away from the stress of the city. The total atmosphere is warm and relaxing and the hosts are gracious friendly and very accommodating. The cooked breakfast is delicious and filling. We have no problems recommending a weekend stay here and will return again in the near future. 5 stars......."

"Carol’s place was great! The cottage was super cosy especially with the fireplace. Our dog loved exploring the big garden and it was great knowing the whole area was secure for him to zoom around. Will definitely be back for our next trip to the mountains!"

"Hotel location is excellent, receptionist was very friendly, apartment was spacious and very very clean. Looks like it has just been renovated. I would have given it a 5 stars if the shower screen over the bath tubs is a bit wider so that the water not splash out to the floor. Anyway I would stay again next time."
