Bed and Breakfast in Lithgow

"Visiting the Carrington was a trip back in time. A beautifully appointed hotel, attentive service, and scrupulously clean. We had a non ensuite room but the individual locked “bathrooms” in a shared facility were fine. The hotel bar and lounge area was a great place to relax after a day of local exploration. We will be back."

"The apartment was really great, self contained. The bedrooms were very generous in size. Our only issue was getting up and down the stairs, besides that it was perfect. Thanks for having us."

"We had the 'family' room (a double bed and a bunk bed). It wasn't very spacious, but it suited our needs fine. The fridge worked fine, but the freezer section wasn't freezing things. Pillows were quite flat, but we brought our own so wasn't any trouble. Heater was quite old, but worked ok. (I wouldn't leave it on while we were out though as I wasn't sure how safe it would be.) Room was cleaned daily, so that was nice. But some bug spray would have been useful as the door was left open each day during cleaning and mozzies etc got in. Beds were comfy enough and it was quiet, so it did what we needed it to."
