Wonderful team. So thankful that the staff accomodated our family when i had indeed made a booking mistake and come a week earlier than my booking date. Dom looked after us and made us comfortable and so welcome. The facilities were clean and tidy. All that you needed for a family holiday. Our children loved the bunk beds and my elderly parents appreciated the attention to detail with the electric blanket for the night. Thank you again for accomodating us. We will definitely be back.

A great simple room and perfect location for us needing access to Mount Panorama. Check in was without a human, but no drama as communication was perfect and simple.

Quite, clean. The room seems to be like new. However, there is no toaster, smart tv etc. overall 4.5/5 ✅

We stayed at Rydges Bathurst for only one night on the 21/08/15. My wife & I were travelling with 3 teenage boys for soccer the next day. Once the two ladies, at the front desk, understood this they upgraded us to a much larger room without hesitation. They also suggested a great family pub for dinner were the food was excellent & the boys appetites were satisfied. These ladies were so friendly & accommodating. They made us feel so welcomed that we enjoyed our experience & haven't stop telling...

Firstly the staff were welcoming, friendly, quick easy check in and out and very informative. The room was exactly like the photos, very modern, enough room for a quick stay and easy to maintain with room service daily. Warm n cosy for the winter weekend stays! Everything is in the room fridge, toaster etc. Easy to find!

I was very impressed with my room, it was in fantastic condition and extremely clean. Would definitely stay there again.

lots of character, great value, lovely rural setting, family owned, recommended

Staff were both very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good assortment of cereals and spreads and a modest choice of teas. The room I was given was spacious and had a carport to park my motorcycle under which, was very appreciated as it rained on the second night of my stay. All in all I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Clean, convenient, comfortable

The property was well laid out. The cabin was the perfect size and the price was really reasonable. The reception was clean and tidy and the service was friendly and helpful.

The two bedroom unit is perfect for any family small or large. Perfectly clean, spacious and comfortable with attentive staff. Only complaint was a 9pm phone call to my mobile during the stay from staff regarding a bad review she thought i had posted ( I didn't) which perhaps could have waited till checkout to discuss. Other than that it was a lovely stay. I have already recommended it to friends and family

Stayed 2 nights and found the hotel clean and staff extremely nice. If I am in Bathurst for business I will definitely stay here. Only downsight if you're a light sleeper a nearby train rumbling might wake you from time to time.

Travelled to Bathurst for a concert which had been cancelled at the last minute but stayed anyway. The motel was within pleasant walking to the city centre and eateries. The staff were great.
