"WiFi was good, the room was clean. The only negative was that the room was cold on the first night because the radiator wasn't working. But it was fixed the next when I reported it.
The hotel is just ten minutes walk from the centre of Bournemouth so it was perfectly situated for me."

I booked four nights, upon arrival the lift was not working. As I am disabled. After the 1st night, I requested a possible move to a ground floor room or move to the next door sister hotel. As I had booked a Seaview with terrace. The manager Julian, ensured we was given an equivalent valued or upgraded room, he arranged for an upgraded move at no extra charge to the next door sister hotel which had a working lift, Seaview and private balcony. Our daily breakfast request was also honoured. Julian, thank you so much for your understanding also for a smooth transition. Customer service at it's best! "
