"My overall stay at the hotel was satisfactory, but there are several areas that could use improvement. The property needs some maintenance, and the elevator was extremely slow. I stayed for one week, and my room was cleaned only twice during that time, which was disappointing. Additionally, I am still waiting for the refund of the security deposit that was collected at check-in to cover any potential damages. I checked out without causing any damage to the room, yet I have not received my refund or any communication regarding its status. I would appreciate better communication from management and a timely resolution of the outstanding refund. Overall, the hotel was okay, but improvements in maintenance, housekeeping, and customer service would make a significant difference to the guest experience."
