"Very nice clean room, but mattresses are obviously old and sunken in. The free coffee is top-notch. The pool didn’t seem that clean. It was kind of cloudy. You get a coupon for Bogo drinks at tickets across the street which is good cause they also have pretty good food. The clam cakes were out of this world. The best thing is that it’s only like a three minute walk to the beach."

"The home was clean and had plenty of room for our multi-generational family trip. It was close to beaches, and to downtown Newport. The only downside was that we visited during a heat wave, and the AC was not working. However, the host was incredible at communicating and doing everything possible to help the situation. If the HVAC issue hadn’t happened, it would have been a five-star experience!"

"Our second time staying here. The house and view do not disappoint. Owners are communicative and easy to work with making the process seamless. Even a rainy day is wonderful due to the covered front porch for cards and wine while the rain falls. Beach is clean, waves are fun and all just a short ride or walk from the house. We will be back!"
