"Great stay at Wyndham Newport. I highly recommend this hotel is super clean and the staff were all so pleasant. Beds were also comfortable. In room fridge is always a plus too. I booked this hotel especially for the shuttle it made it easy to get into downtown Newport you didn't have to worry about finding parking, time constraints, or paying for parking. Making it a stress free vacation with shuttle from 9am -9:30pm most days. The drivers were all so nice and loved giving tips on what to see, where to eat, and answer any "tourist" questions. I'd definitely stay again. 😊"
"We LOVE the Atlantic Beach Hotel!
My family has stayed here many times over the years, and every visit is great.
Super convenient location in Middletown - right across the street from Eastons Beach, and close to all the main attractions in Newport, while being far enough away to not feel crowded.
Free parking as part of your stay! The Main Building has comfortable, spacious rooms (some with town& water views), a beautiful indoor pool and an awesome outdoor sun deck (perfect for sunsets!). The Suites Building, located right on the other side of the street, has HUGE suites and is a great choice for traveling with larger families or groups. We got married in Newport, and our family all stayed at Atlantic Beach Hotel in the Suites Building - it was perfect!
All rooms are very comfortable and up to date, with cozy beds and clean beach vibes.
Their restaurant, Tickets, is located right across the street with GREAT food and an outdoor, upstairs deck.
One of our favorite hotels to visit when in Newport/Middletown. We will certainly be back!"
"We love this hotel. Across the street from the beach and some restaurants, you can walk to the Cliffwalk and the hot tub on the roof with the fire pit is such a treat. The staff is really friendly. The gym is nice and the breakfast is simple but good. I just wish people would respect the rules and don’t drink/smoke on the roof and the hot tub. The indoor pool and adjacent hot tub are really nice as well. Both buildings are nice!! We will keep coming back! "
"A beautiful piece of history! The house is lovely and unique! We stayed in the Lantern Room which had access to the cupola via a spiral staircase in the room! The view from there is spectacular! We ordered a charcuterie board for a light dinner and ate it in the cupola while enjoying the scenery. You can bike (free to use), walk along the shore, swim, enjoy meals out, read, play games and so much more! Delicious breakfast is provided each morning while warm cookies and lemonade are served each afternoon! You can relax or be as busy as you want to be!! We loved our 3 day visit!!"

Good views of the ocean big backyard for playing games hanging out. Grilled at home several eves the round table fit our party well. Thank you! "
"Incredible ocean views, plus a private beach.Perfect for our family vaca w/the dogs. Phil was a wonderful host; full of great knowledge about the area."
"Overall, this place was wonderful. Having the cottages close by were very convenient. We had a great time. The fenced in yard was great for our little dog to run. We did feel that when we were outside, there was not much outdoor furniture even after bringing the chairs from each cottage. A few tables and some more folding chairs could make it even nicer. The outside tables and chairs and other were not clean. "
