I especially enjoyed the peaceful location adjacent to the old nunnery gardens. Otto has worked there 60 years! He’s a lovely man full of life and joy. I definitely hope to go back again one day! "

"It’s all about location and ambience with Goldener Hirsch. The comfortable rooms lend a cozy intimacy and their breakfast room has stunning views of the valley. The breakfast was laid out with everything you could possibly want. I stayed here in 1995 and when we finally were able to come back I would not stay anywhere else!
