"We arrived in Rothenburg ob der Taber by train and walked into the city in about 20 minutes. Pretty easy walk. Our host Jennifer was waiting on us and gave us the key and showed us to the apartment. This apartment looks exactly like the website photos. I loved the exposed beams. They did a fantastic job with the remodel. The beds were very comfortable. "Ich konnte die Unterkunft nicht beziehen. Ab 16 Uhr wurde mir die Anreise als möglich angezeigt - ohne Beschränkung bis wann ich da sein muss. Um kurz nach 1 nachts bin ich aus Rostock in Bayern angekommen. Leider war niemand mehr vor Ort und in der Mail mit dem Betreff „Hier sind die Schlüssel für Ihre Reise“ waren keine Schlüssel. "What a FANTASTIC alternative to staying inside the walls! Literally a 500 meter (8 mins) walk to the Rödertor Gate entrance of Rothenburg ob der Tauber. Wonder staff, very clean, spacious rooms, and off-street parking included. The included breakfast offering is fantastic! We even witnessed the staff prepare a special breakfast table setting for someone celebrating a birthday! With pleasure I recommend Hotel Merian Rothenburg!"

"This was a great hotel. FREE parking and FREE breakfast seemed to be a rarity and was much appreciated. The lot was easy to find and just behind the hotel. From there it was only a few minute walk to the Rathaus and a block to the town wall. The breakfast buffet was INCREDIBLE! So many choices. The room for three was spacious and beds comfortable. Bathroom was fine. Would for sure stay here again. "

"We thought the staff was great, the hotel was clean and very cute. The room was quiet and clean and the breakfast the next morning was great. There was a variety of meats, cheeses and vegetables. As well as breads and cereals. The only challenging thing was the parking. But, parking is a challenge anywhere in the general area. We would definitely stay there again if we are in town."
