The rooms were not sound-proofed, so able to hear everything from adjoining room - not loud guests, justs bad soundproofing.

Everything was overall great about this room, except that for the price I would expect real glasses and mugs in the room, instead of plastic cups. If you are going to charge luxury hotel room prices then you need to up the game. This room costs $300 and it is no different than a room I would pay $100 for. I did partake in the hot tub and sauna, but the hot tub had an excessive amount of chemicals in it, it was super foamy like I was in a bubble bath and that was a bit disconcerting. and the shower for the hot tub was disgusting- looked like it hasn't been cleaned in months. Sauna was awesome and definitely a perk. Room was clean, bed was comfy and staff was friendly. We had a delicious fancy dinner at the Italian restaurant downstairs and the reason we stay here is the location. So nice to be able to walk around town easily. All in all a nice stay, just wanted to comment on those few things cause the price is really high for these rooms so my expectations are also super high.

Family Ski Trip
Booked for a family ski trip, location was super convenient. Free ski bus stopped right in front, restaurant and grocery stores were close by. Room was a bit small but having the kitchenette was nice for the family. Pet friendly which was a plus.

The bedroom and bathroom are quite small. We have paid less at other hotels on our trip and had much bigger bedroom and bathroom and also had breakfast included. The counter in the bathroom was quite tiny.

Amazing Staff
Solid spot with walking access to EVERYTHING in town. Better yet, the staff were incredibly helpful in returning my wallet that I dropped in the parking lot at checkout. Followed up multiple times to ensure it made it home.

Good hotel if you are visiting Red Mountain on a ski trip. On site parking was undercover which was good. Bar and restaurant were good with both pub food and more fancy meals. 10 minutes drive to the resort.
