"The parking lot didn't feel the safest and the back parking spots were pretty tight. We initially parked in the back to be close to the staircase. We didn't see the front staircase until I came back out to move my car. The spots in the front had more room to pull in/out and I could see my car from the room window. There were plenty of cars in the parking lot but the area was very quiet.The room was clean and the temperature was great. They had plenty of clean towels and wash cloths so we did not have to go to the front desk asking for towels. When we left out, we placed our room keys in the box and drove off. There wasn't anyone availble for check out that early in the morning. "

"Rooms were very clean, it was great having a restaurant right on the property, and having a couple animals on the property for petting and feeding was a hit with my 8yr old."

"Breakfast was delicious. The staff was very friendly. Parking is in a parking garage attached to the hotel. Very nice experience."

"I liked the fact that it is close to Sight and Sound which is where we were going and close to restaurants and the Amish Village and farms. I also liked that it is pet friendly, so we can bring our pooches, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was good."

"During the booking process, the price changed three times. That was an issue. Overall, this travel court was a trip back to the 1950s. I was there two days and the manager had to visit my room three times to deal with TV issues (the whole system had to be rest) and wifi problems (kept getting kicked off). One of the reasons I picked this place was a review that described a great breakfast. That was not true. No eggs, no meats, just bagels, dry cereal, bananas and apples. The breakfast area was quite small. Bed was comfortable. Little fridge was really noisy. Bathroom amenities were way below average -- I had to ask for a box tissue, for instance. Manager was friendly enough. If you're looking for minimal accommodations, this might be your spot. It's located on the eastern edge of the Pennsylvania Dutch touristy area, which is a blessing and a curse, depending on the reason for your trip. "

"I liked the Hotel Rock but it needs some improvements. Pros: loved the bartenders and drinks at the restaurant, Per Diem, cool atmosphere, good location. Cons: staff didn't explain anything about property at check-in, no dishes/utensils/glassware, even though we had a suite with a kitchenette. There were 3 of us staying in the suite (I had to give everyone's name at check-in). However, we had to ask for an extra bath towel both nights of our stay since they only provided two. "
