It’s not bad, it’s just tiny. Official pics don’t reflect how you see snd feel it in reality. Overall, not bad, just too tight and doesn’t feel like a real hotel.

We liked that it was close to restaurants, shopping and attractions. We liked that the building was built in the 13th century. We expected the room to be small and it was. We didnt like that there was very little soap no washcloth and only 2 bathtowels provided for the duration of our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel itself was very clean and the staff were amazingly helpful! Very good place to stay in rome for a few nights! Close to the most of the main attractions in the city!

The place was clean but the area wasn’t that clean. The staff was very helpful and nice. The room is tiny and there is nowhere to hang towels or space in bathroom for toiletries. The shower leaked onto the floor. The location was great we were able to walk to all sites we wanted to see.

We clean the rooms, stairs and reception everyday. We would be happy to welcome you again for your next trip to Rome and we suggest you to book a classic room to be more comfortable in it :)

Good location with plenty of food options around. Room was also good though a little more space for a family of 3 would have been good too. The staff was prompt and courteous. Nice overall

The hotel was central to everything which was within walking distance. Easy to get to shopping , monuments etc. The only complaints are the bed was very uncomfortable, the heated towel rack did not work and there were a few pieces of wall trim missing in the room.

This hotel has a GREAT location!!!! Major landmarks are within walking distance. The front desk was very helpful even gave us a list of food recommendations. VERY clean! Very easy to get a taxi/ Uber if you need it but we walked everywhere from there. Only used the taxi to and from hotel. Super cute, rooms are on the smaller side but that was not a problem for us. Maybe if you have a larger group of 4 or more you might need two rooms.

I like the front desk staff. She was very helpful Opening main was issue. Sometimes key doesn't work and it scares you. Staff is available from 9 to 9 only. Hotel charges almost double amount for city taxes than Expedia mentioned when booked. Expedia provided wrong information.

Great location, tiny rooms
Location is prime - all major landmarks within a walking distance! Everything was clean and bed was made daily. …however, I wouldn’t call it a room - more like a pod with a bed. Everything is really compact and in case you are „large framed” let’s say (bigger than size 16 lady or a man with wide shoulders), you’d struggle navigating around the room, everything was so narrow, even for us two regular sized people, haha! (we rented a double bedroom). Reasonably priced!

Wonderful place to stay if you’re looking for no-frills lodging. Rooms are cleaned well every day, staff is friendly, and the location is incredible. The building is a little old, but this didn’t impact my stay at all. It can get a little cold during the winter however; I was there in January.

Excellent location that made the City very walkable, very clean, staff helpful and polite. Rooms were basic but very clean and presentable. However we did miss not having any tea/coffee making facilities but maybe that’s a British thing!!! Overall would thoroughly recommend

Great location, easily walkable and just off a bus route so it was easy to get to from the airport. The Hop-on Hop-off bus stop was just round the corner and most main attractions were an easy walk. The room was reasonably sized with nice decor but was slightly noisy - you could hear people in other rooms / the corridor - but not so noisy that you couldn't sleep. The bathroom was small, but clean. Staff were helpful, and were able to book a taxi for us to the airport. Would stay there again.

Amazing location. Across the bridge and you’re in Vatican City. 10 minute walk to St. Peter’s Basilica. Walkable to many tourist sites. Lots of dining and shopping options. Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonably priced.

The front desk was very helpful, we arrived before check in, she was very accommodating, helped us secure our luggage so we can go and start with our booked tour. Communicated and gave us updates. The room was clean, clean towels, no washcloth though and housekeeping is excellent. My only negative comment is the toilet seat cover which is a little crooked. There is a service elevator which was a big help.

Quaint, great location
Really great location for us. A short walk to the pantheon a moderate walk to the forum and Colosseum. The neighborhood is quaint with some good restaurants right down the street. The rooms were clean and quiet and staff was very helpful in answering questions and setting us up with a taxi driver.

The property was close to major tourist attractions but at the same time away from normal tourist traffic. Several very very good restaurant options were available within a one to four minute walk. The area is safe.

This was a great location for visiting Roma. Lots of restaurants and bars within blocks. Only 4 blocks from Vatican City and 2 blocks from Hop on Hop Off bus line. Very clean and quiet rooms. Only thing is do not compare these rooms to hotels in USA. Very small rooms.

Fabulous location, close to everything. The room is bright and clean, though small. My only complaint is that there is a very strong smell of air freshener or cleaner, which was difficult for me since I’m allergic to fragrances.

The staff was very polite and quick to issue a refund, but the hotel room they put me in was covered in black mold and drenched in bleach. I felt sick and got a headache immediately from all of the chemicals. The room and hotel just looked dirty and sketchy. Super gross

Perfect location! We were within walking distance to most things. There are a plethora of restaurants nearby with great food. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

This place was conveniently located in the middle of everything we wanted to see. Walkable distance to all the sites, with excellent affordable restaurant choices right outside the door, felt very safe here. Staff was lovely and check in was a breeze. Beds were comfy! Would definitely stay here again when we come back!

Great location to everything. Only problem we had was our pickup that was arranged through the hotel was 2 hours late and not sure if it was the hotel or taxi company fault and nothing done to compensate for it.

The room was clean, sheets and towels were changed often, air conditioning was excellent as was Wi-Fi. Easy to walk to Pantheon and main square with plenty of restaurants close by. Bathroom was small but had a good shower. Room was adequate size with a fridge and one wardrobe, fine for two people for a short break.

It was a very clean room in the centre of Rome. Staff was very helpful and polite. We just missed a few little thing, like paper tissue, glasses for water.

If u ever check in to this hotel, please avoid room 201. I cannot speak to the overall accomodation but can only review my own stay. Stayed in room 201, internet was a joke and so was AC, eapecially when it’s 40 degrees out. The bathroom is so small, i kept hitting my shin on the toilet bowl. I will try to post a pic so people could understand what am talking about. U literally have to sit sideways when using the toilet. Lol

Furthermore your AC was working as our staff came in your room to check with you and showed you how to turn it off and on.For the other problems you mentioned, you could have reported them at reception as our staff is present from 8am to 9pm and would have been happy to help you (also considering that no other guests reported problems with the Internet connection during your stay).We are sorry we did not meet your expectations, but for your next stay, we suggest you to read the guest house's characteristics carefully in order to book the room best suited to your needs.Best Regards
