I am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with the service I have experienced over the past three days at the hotel on my first wedding anniversary.
I encountered a series of issues that began with the discovery of a dead lizard on the bathroom floor, which remained unattended for over an hour. Subsequently, my requests for housekeeping services were not addressed for two hours or more. Additionally, calls made to room service and housekeeping went unanswered. The emergency button on the telephone was of no help!! So don’t rely on Hilton!!
Also, the situation escalated further when someone entered my room without my consent and without a room service tag displayed outside my door. This invasion of privacy is unacceptable and deeply concerning.
I must also highlight the false promises made by the staff, which have only added to my frustration and inconvenience. These incidents have marred my stay and have left me extremely dissatisfied with the level of service provided. I urge you to investigate these matters promptly and take immediate corrective action to ensure such issues are not repeated.
