"Everything was good except the A.C. wasn't working in the living area. That took away from total comfort."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was nice to have water and coffee out at all times and the breakfast was decent. The rooms were a nice size. We had trouble regulating the temperature in our room between the bedroom section and the sitting area. To keep it cool in the room with the couches and tv, we had to have the AC pretty low which made the bedroom very chilly. Other than that, it was a good place to stay."

"I was impressed with how clean the outdoor amenities such as hammocks and the ping pong table were as well as the seating at the outdoor theater. The room was really nice, but the bathroom was so tiny. It has a large shower but only about a 20" area to stand outside of the shower with the door opening into that space and the toilet taking up the rest of the room. The beds were really comfy but the room was humid and a little musty. That being said, I would gladly come back again. One suggestion I have is to have the lights behind the bed on a dimmer switch for more ambient lighting. All of the lights were very bright. The tv was a great size. Everyone there was really nice and helpful."

"Staff was great! Helpful, nice, pleasant. Coffee seemed to run out quickly but many patrons were up late at either concerts or game day so understandable, and the staff worked quickly and didn’t seem stressed and were very pleasant interacting with guests. Room was fine, inexpensive. Pillows aren’t great, but that’s my personal preference. Close to The Amp concert venue is the reason we chose this place. Good enough to stay again when we visit for concerts."

"Arrived and hotel was short staffed it was 530pm with a evening rush, And some rooms were still not ready and some still needed towels. The one desk person was pulling double duty of laundry and desk, and had to field angry and upset people. She did incredible and shame on the owner for leaving a hotel understaffed and with out sufficient hol towels to cover the operation. We received our towel by about 9pm. Rooms were very pleasant, clean, and well maintained. We felt safe on the property and did not worry about our car. We chose property for the pool, but it was closed and covered already. Everything in our room functioned well and we had two AC. We did book for 3 adults and expected 2 beds and arrived to one bed and a pull out couch, the couch was not outfitted and we had to wait for wash to apply bedding and it was damp when received, we left for a out 2hrs and let it hang dry in the room. Front desk stated this happened when booking through 3rd party booking site. Even with mishaps, they made them all right, and for the price it was a super nice room and I would book again."
