"We stayed here last night and had an amazing stay. The property was recently renovated, the staff were really friendly, and it’s a really nice and clean hotel in a great location."
"The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms and property were very well taken care of. Walking distance to Water Street, where we spent most of our time. Wonderful hotel, charming town!"
"There was a problem with check in caused by Expedia, but it was quickly resolved by manager.
Very charming hotel, I hope it never renovates to go modern. The restaurant is good, and the surrounding area is lovely."

"This property was definitely a 5 star location. My ooh's and ahh's started we drive uo to the property. The lobby with the flower art was magnificent and aromatic! The curving escalator was remarkable. The chandeliers are gorgeous. Our room with the view of the harbor was breathtaking. Our bathroom made me feel so at home, the shower was big and the water pressure perfect. Although I didn't take a bath the tub was inviting. The water room was roomy and the his & her area were just enough, I'm telling you it was just like home, everything I needed was there! Thw bed slept well and allnof the bells and whistles like voice activated Alexa, made me lazy but I used them because it was there. This was my first time visiting Boston. I enjoyed my stay so very much and I'd go back to this property in a New York minute "
"We stayed in the cabin rooms and everything was very clean and spacious! Check-in and out was easy, and it was quiet during our stay. They held our baggage for us until our departure flight, even though it was after check out. They also let us check in early when we arrived. Housekeeping arrived almost immediately after we requested them. "
"This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here. I have stayed in both a double bed room and king bed and both inside quiet and street view room. Both were excellent. Beds are comfortable. Hotel is clean. Great location. Staff left a teddy bear for our son when they found out his birthday was the day before. Great service. "
"The staff was very friendly and helpful in navigating the train. The area is very safe and walkable distance to hop on the train and local shopping area with restaurants and Trader Joe’s. "
