Did not receive the room requested. I don't know if it was Expedia's fault or not, but we did not receive the 2 queen with accessible bathroom that was requested, and when I spoke to the front desk, they said none were available. Other than that, nice stay, comfortable beds, friendly staff.

The property overall was nice and well kept. We encountered our first issue when we entered our room and notice the electrical outlet in the middle was not working . Staff just replied that they will let the team know. Third day I asked for cleaning service and fresh linens and towels . After a long day out of town we returned with no service being done, trash was filled the room was as I left it. Staff were nice . The breakfast was good : eggs, sausage, bacon , waffle , pancakes , toast , cereal , yogurt , oranges and apples with orange juice cranberry juice and coffee .

I booked this hotel based on Expedia's high rating and frankly I did not experience the excellence that other guests did. The room had not been cleaned as demonstrated by the visible dust and whatever filth had been left by a previous guest on the floor. I had to ask for absolutely everything that I would expect would come with a room including clean towels. And when I did stand at the desk to ask for something, one was helping another guest while four stood chatting--and making me wait. I did not expect a 5 star experience but I did not expect this terrible experience either.

They never cleaned the room , had to ask for towels few time. I booked the place knowing that they will have bedding for an infants I asked they said yes but then they sent me play bin for her ! Not helpful staff I won’t be going there or recommend it to anyone else. I did for family and they had same experience no towels and they came to clean the day we checked out also the breakfast was a joke ! Nothing to eat no coffee

Five stars all the way around, clean and friendly hotel, near dining options, the pool was nice and heated and had a good place to hang out and chill poolside as well, the laundry room only had one washer and one dryer (for a whole lot of rooms) but they work well. The breakfast is listed as Continental but was much better than that on the day I was there, in any case.

The staff is terrible once you get there they explain that they are a destination hotel and charge you daily $25 then you will get a card for a gift if you are a bonvoy member when you go get it they will say is not for your status meanwhile the card does not have one… I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all

Staff was helpful( I can’t remember the gentleman with the glasses name, but we was very helpful with our room). I think that whomever was in charge of cleaning the room did a poor job. The bedding had crumbs and hair in it, the bathroom wasn’t clean and had a very sticky floor. The entire hotel had a very strong perfume scent to it, so if you are sensitive to smells, I would not recommend. Breakfast was just okay. The heated pool was very nice!

We stayed for 4 nights and the room was never cleaned. They gave us 2 towels for 4 nights. I went to the front desk on day 3 and was assured the room would be cleaned that day. It was never cleaned. The bathtub did not drain and the water never got hot for a shower, it was luke warm at best. We were in a room at the back of the hotel which gets a lot of traffic noise so I would suggest requesting rooms in the front or side of the building. The mattress was also unusually soft and probably should be replaced. On the positive side the location is good, the patio option is great for dogs, and the gym was excellent.

It was outdated the carpets were dirty. There were no extra blankets only two towels in a room for four at about 930. Someone banged on our door housekeeping should be waking us up for breakfast coffee there is no tea overall would never stay there again the place needs to be updated and they charge way too much for what we got. The only nice part was the outside with the fire pit, which is what they show on the website.

Excellent location, surrounded by nature, feels like a resort. Modern design, everything looks new. Indoor pool and fire pit are definitely elevated the experience. Sadly, the staff never smiles, and very low energy. Cleaners enter the room at 10am without waiting after knocking. No hot water/tea station available in the lobby.

Property is compltely run down. Mold, cracked tiles, filthy tub and shower-head. The floor was sticky in the room. Trash (a lot) in the hallways. Carpets appeared to be 40 years old and in bad need of replacement or cleaning. Parking lot unlit with shady characters hanging on every corner. All around bad. I didn’t stick around.
