"The staff was incredibly sweet and accommodating to our kids. Everything was clean and as it should be if a little outdated. The Christmas decorations in the lobby and garden were a real plus for the kids. Our waiter was especially wonderful at dinner and breakfast I wish i remembered his name. Great value for the price. "This is a beautiful quiet country hotel surrounded by fields and old world villages. The staff are all wonderful and patient and go out of their way to help despite my very beginner Italian. They serve a beautiful breakfast daily and the food is wonderful. Also within relatively accessible distance of the autostrada. It was a haven for us in the midst of some chaos"

"Beautiful hotel, but was overbooked so we couldn’t eat at the restaurants on site. If you are a tourist at the hotel, you will be treated differently. We were told that we couldn’t eat at the restaurant or go to the beach. They said it was fully booked but there was tons of loungers available.. we felt unwelcome and received very cold service We would never return. Otherwise the "

"Property was clean and comfortable. Our room was quite nice with a large comfortable bed and good air conditioning and a little deck with chairs and a table just outside the door. Black out curtains. Staff was friendly and helpful and spoke English well which was appreciated. Breakfast was very nice with quite a few food options. The 2 pools (1 for children) looked large and very nice unfortunately the hours are from 9am to 7pm so missed this. Due to the heat, allowing it to be open later would have been nice but otherwise a great stay! "
