"I stood in the same room on 2 different occasions 4/13 and 4/20 and both times the service was great. I had a room that fit 8 people with 3 king beds and a sofa bed, my family and I loved it. One of the days the sofa bed would not open so we couldn't use it, I informed the receptionist upon check out and she said she would fix it. I booked the same room for the following weekend and it was fixed 😊. Breakfast was good, the only thing I would recommend for them to do it's to change the variety for the breakfast because it appears that they do the same thing every day. Other than that everything was excellent. "

"I travel from the North to South and back once a year. While I found a hotel I liked on the way down, years ago, that I regularly stay at, I couldn't find one on the way back that wasn't disgusting. I finally found one in Best Western Emporia! This place is clean, clean, clean. The woman at reception was very kind and helpful. The area felt safe. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice. I'm very happy to have finally found a regular stop on the way back North. There are so many hotels along I-95 that must have doctored pictures that are gross. This is definitely not one of them. Finally, I have my go-to hotel for my annual return trip."
