Bed and Breakfast in Riverview

"The room was extremely dirty when we arrived. We asked for another room which was also dirty. We decided it was best to leave so we checked out within 30 minutes of checking in. We were informed that they couldn't refund any of our fees for our 2 night stay. They also wouldn't refund us for the pet fee even though we canceled our stay. Property is poorly maintained. Base boards were falling off, missing or stapled to the wall. Dirt, dist and hair was all over both rooms we were given. We booked another hotel a few minutes away for less and it was much nicer."
