"Only stayed one night before leaving Tampa on a cruise. Great location, friendly staff, great restaurant with hilarious servers and a free shuttle to the cruise terminal. "

"This hotel was great, very friendly staff, free welcome drinks and a huge breakfast buffet. There is a Starbucks located right in the lobby. A few drawbacks were the lack of parking - we came for the hockey game and were forced to valet the car or park multiple blocks away and walk with our luggage. Valet pricing is NOT $45, they increased the price but have not updated their website. They also dump additional fees and taxes on top of it. The air conditioning in the room is set to go back up regardless of what you set it on. My husband and I both woke up sweating. "

"This hotel is under renovation. The pool was drained. You could go next door to the Aloft and use their pool. It was crowded and is small, but did the job. The restaurant bar they spoke of had a wood plywood piece of wood as the bar. The hallways had ironing boards and miscellaneous furniture in it. The carpet is coming up. The rooms are old. Walls just drywall. This definitely was not the atmosphere we were looking for, we checked out a day early. The staff was very helpful and kind. "

"Clean hotel with comfortable beds, amazing water pressure in the shower, and very friendly and accommodating staff. Pool hours are sunrise to sunset (Expedia lists the pool as open later than it is). We did not dine while on site, but the bar and restaurant looked inviting. Coffee from the cafe in the am was delicious. Management went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Highly recommend staying here. "

"Clean properties with all the amenities to cook and do your own laundry. Water pressure in shower was low and location was noisy at night - otherwise would give it 5 stars. Great location "

"The staff came in the middle of the night with security escort about complains that the music was loud. Her words: “We had two complaints about loud music. Third strike and you are out!”…I wasn’t aware that the tiny speaker was loud and nobody called me or said anything and you show up to my room threatening me that you are going to kick me out? Without prior warning? What is this place? I stayed at the Madrid Edition and they were nothing like it. Will certainly never come back to the Tampa Edition!"
