"Parking was terrible. Couldn't locate the self parking lot that is apparently within a couple of BLOCKS of the hotel so we had no choice but use the overpriced valet parking. Very nice valet guys, though. Had no idea the hotel is undergoing major renovations so we were walking through construction to get to/from our room. The term "lipstick on a pig" describes our room. Also, the street noise was horrible. Don't do "city view" if you can avoid it. Staff overall were very friendly. Beds were ok. Towels were decent. Should have just stayed outside of the city for a lower rate."

"I recently visited the Westin in Tampa, Florida, and overall it was a really enjoyable experience. The atmosphere was warm and cozy with soft lighting and relaxed vibe that made it perfect for a casual dinner. I ordered a sad steak order that was originally for a salad. However, it was delicious. It did not disappoint. It was cooked perfectly tender with and everything was well seasoned overall I would definitely recommend this place, especially if you’re looking for a cozy type atmosphere with friends. We were not able to enjoy the pool. It is under construction other than that you do have a nice view and also they have a boat ride that you can get on as well as jet skis. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick getaway. I haven’t seen."
