"Main Door to our room was previously kicked in so it wouldn’t shut all the way. No crib was reserved for us when we specifically requested one."

"Friendly staff, but shuttle to Busch Gardens (a main reason we stayed here) wasn't working the entire 4 days we were there. There must have only been one. Mostly clean, but upon check in there was a bug/larvae looking item next to the mini fridge sink area. Front desk didn't offer to do anything as far as discount room for a night or clean it, and I had to ask for something to clean it myself. Walls pretty thin, but overall decent place to stay considering the area surrounding is really run down."

"It was an average experience until I saw bugs on my bed. The Taste Restaurant was exceptional and the only thing I liked on the property. The pool was nice and the water was warm. It is a very convenient location to downtown which is why I picked it but it did not exceed my expectations. I would never stay there again. The valet is very expensive. You cannot rent a car and stay at this hotel. The Teco Train stop is nice to go for a stroll and explore. It's free and right in front of the hotel. Those were the only decent things at this hotel. Nowhere for kids to really explore and enjoy. Lobby is small. Nowhere around safe for kids to run around. Cars are constantly driving in and out right by the entrance making it dangerous to cross over. "
