"The location on the river was perfect for seeing the mountains & wild life ( including a bear) from the balcony, & also people watching and all the pretty lights on the main drag at night. Just walk across the neighboring parking lot to get to all the restaurants & activities in town. You have to pay for parking under the motel though & it's very tight & low, but it's pretty hard to find any free parking anywhere in town. Over all a nice, would stay again."

"Pool was closed and visually a eye sore because of leaves and old rain water( it should've been updated on app because I wouldn't have booked. I had mold in my room. Multiple stains on bedding. I tried to get some of my money back but staff came to my room to "fix" my issues. You can't "fix" mold and it was too late to book elsewhere. Worst experience EVER‼️"

"My family loved staying here! It was very clean and cozy. The staff was fantastic and so friendly. We will be staying here again I'm sure! It's very good location right outside of the strip of Gatlinburg and walking distance to downtown. A trolley stop is very very close by too. The parking is a little wonky but it's because it's built up on a mountain side."
