The staff were truly exceptional and made us feel genuinely well looked after. Special thanks to the two Beshoys (Safwat and Gamil), whose service stood out; to Ibrahim Mounir for sharing his deep knowledge of El Gouna and Hurghada; and to Mustafa and Abdullah for their warm, attentive service at mealtimes. A heartfelt thank-you also to Haidi and Marina, whose friendly and thoughtful conversations really made us feel at home.
Kerlokos at check-in was especially welcoming and supportive. Ahmad and the lifeguard team at the pools and beach were professional and reassuring. And Ramadan from housekeeping was consistently kind, attentive, and accommodating throughout our stay.

"This was the verdict from my 8 years old son: “ 5 stars ,the food was excellent the service was excellent it was pure luxury .I loved the beach because of the cabanas and the fishes it was a bit colder there than the pool but they were both very good.Thanks to the cleaners for making the monkey out of towels in my room!hope I come soon thank you 😀😀😀) "

"This is such a beautiful resort. So clean and well designed. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help. The food was absolutely amazing. The bar by the pool made delicious drinks! The pool was so clean and so nice! There was staff every morning cleaning the beds outside, which were reallyyyy comfy!
