"If you really want to enjoy your vacation, don’t ever visit this place & meet such people. They are bunch of liars, crooks & cheaters and they know nothing about customer service. If there was zero in the overall score, I would have given it to them."

"Baron Palace was even more impressive and beautiful in person. The property is on a beautiful beach and is kept very clean. We really enjoyed the swim up pool to our room. We picked the all inclusive option and it was well worth it. The Asian restaurant that had Indian food was very authentic. I highly recommend this hotel for a quiet relaxing vacation with loved ones. Amazing Aquapark, I didn't see any similar in size and variety like this one actually it has all what you can imagine, great fun for adults, kids and infants.

The beach bus service is very convenient and the beach is a lot of fun with clean crystal water and a nice coral reef with an amazing collection of fish.

"I’ve stayed at the royal suite, Excellent hotel, friendly staff and very helpful,excellent room.
Outstanding things:
1. We arrived very late at night 12am, They kindly prepared a complimentary dinner at our room for us, which was extremely helpful as all restaurants were closed.
2. The heated pool at the suite is amazing and it was such a standout that it will make us come back again specifically for this feature. "
