Beautiful property but our room was a smoking room when we requested a non-smoking. Room was cleaned but still smelled like smoke, we went back and forth to change the room. Lovely property but overall not the best food and we wished we didn’t have to go back and forth to call multiple times to change rooms.

Hotel very nice and renovated. We had one room suit for 4 people, and unfortunately the sofa where two people had to sleep was horribly uncomfortable. If we knew we would book two rooms instead just to get a normal bed.

Loved our stay at el gouna. Food and staff were great. Room was a lovely size. Spa is being renovated so unable to visit this but the surrounding area of el gouna felt very safe! Definitely would recommend

We spent 4 nights at the Steigenberger Golf Resort El Gouna and felt very welcome and safe. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The entire resort complex is beautifully designed and well maintained. The rooms are beautifully furnished and offer everything you need. We particularly liked the aromatized SPA with the heated pools, the dry saunas and steam saunas and the loungers. To our surprise, this unique SPA was not very busy. The breakfast buffet was also varied, fresh and delicious. The breakfast room is very large and there is enough space, both inside and on the outside terrace. We will come again!

First, I didn’t like that it was $400 and then the day I checked in I found it that it was $150 at night on Expedia I asked to meet the manager and he didn’t show up even when I was leaving . The stuff they don’t have a smile on the face. They are not helpful, kind of indifferent. Rate should be two stars. Facilities conditions is poor. Bad value for money. The 400 usd is equivalent to 4 seasons. Which I didn’t find. Very greedy on everything.

We had to change our room 4 times in the first night. First time, AC was not working, then inspects and mosquitoes in the second room, then a rotten smell in the third room. Finally, the 4th room was ok. This is not to eb expected at such a hotel with such ratings and pricing after an 11 hour flight.
