Our stay at Steigenberger Golf Resort El Gouna was absolutely perfect. Everything exceeded our expectations, from the warm welcome and professional staff to the beautiful room, excellent food, drinks, facilities and wonderful atmosphere throughout the resort. The service was outstanding, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our holiday. There is just one small thing I would like to mention: the Nespresso coffee capsules in the room were not included in the all-inclusive package. Honestly, considering that a coffee capsule costs less than a can of Pepsi, it seems rather ridiculous to charge extra for it when guests have booked an all-inclusive stay. It would be a lovely touch to include them, especially for guests who enjoy having a coffee in their room. Apart from this very minor point, everything was fantastic. We would happily return and recommend the resort to others!

The room was clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, the restaurant was one of the worst experiences I have had with Steinberger Hotels. The quality of the food was poor, and the service was disappointing. The restaurant staff was not helpful, and we often had to complain before receiving our food. In addition, the food was not ready on time, and guests had to wait in long lines to be served.

The resort itself was a well run resort. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I did feel the room coffee limit of four pods was a bit stingy for a 8 night stay. The food was very diverse and delicious. We would definitely stay there again.

Super frienly staff. Had a lovely experience with our one year old. The Steigenberger suite was really spacious. Location is good and because in the lagunes, it’s somewhat remote from the windy El Gouna coast. We will come back.

A beautiful resort at the El Gouna lagoon. We were there with our two children, and even though it‘s a Golf Resort we were impressed about how friendly everyone was. We loved the view, heated Swimmingpools, Golf Court and the glass boat trip. They have a well Equipment gym and the Food was exquisite.

The Golf course and its easy access in walking distance is superb. Also for novices! Fully recommended! El Gouna itself by TucTuc is nice to see, given the fact that it is completely artificial. We will be back soon. :-)

This was genuinely one of the finest hotel stays we’ve experienced. From arrival to departure, every aspect exceeded expectations. The location is absolutely ideal—perfectly positioned to access everything El Gouna has to offer. The resort itself delivers everything you’d expect from a premium five-star property: beautifully appointed suites, excellent dining options, and most importantly, a team of staff who genuinely care about guest satisfaction. Special recognition must go to Ms Nermeen and the entire Guest Experience Ambassador team, who provided exceptional, personalized service throughout our stay. They were consistently attentive—anticipating our needs, answering questions promptly, and going well beyond standard service to ensure we had a memorable experience. We absolutely loved our stay at the Steigenberger Golf Resort. The resort is beautiful and very well maintained, and the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff truly made our stay special. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Narmeen at reception, who was incredibly helpful and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast and buffet were fantastic, with a great variety and excellent quality. The kitchen and restaurant teams were amazing — from the chefs to the waiters — and they went out of their way to make sure my kids were happy and well taken care of. The golf course is really nice, and my husband and son absolutely loved spending time there. The whole resort has a very relaxing vibe, perfect if you’re looking to unwind and enjoy a peaceful getaway. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely return and recommend this resort to families and golf lovers alike.
