Amazing 10/10 service from all staff and animation staff very good quality and diverse food options. The amenities are very clean and the food/water did not get us ill like we usually hear in Egypt. It's a huge testament to staff and managers in delivering a professional and 5* experience.

Amazing hotel

Fabulous hotel on a stunning beach. Great food with huge variety in the main restaurant.Rooms are very stylish and comfortable.

Over all, a wonderful vacation. Excellent service, esp. by Ibrahim and his crew in Restaurant Cabana as well as Islam in the main restaurant. There is just one sad remark - the main pools were too cold. Combined with the wind, present at all times at Soma Bay, the pool water simply was too cold for our little boy and he started freezing in the water after only a few minutes. As he just strted swimming this was a major negative point. Despite multiple complaints to the guest relations team and the pool crew, under no circumstances could management be persuaded to activate the existing pool heating. Numerous other guests also had the same issue with the water being too cold. That's why I can unfortunately only give 4 stars for the stay. The rest of the vacation would have earned 5 stars. Too bad.

Personal war engagiert, freundlich und aufmerksam Essen war für all Inclusive Buffet ( auch Spezialitätenrestaurants) herausragend in Qualität / Abwechslung und Geschmack Grosse Auswahl an nicht-alkoholischen und alkoholischen Getränken Reservierung von Sonnenliegen nur eine Stunde vor Benutzung erlaubt, viele Liegen am Strand und Meer Freundliche Animation, nicht aufdringlich. Unterhaltsame Shows während wir da waren Es geht jemand herum, der Sonnenbrillen putzt :) Schönes Ambiente im Hotel Schöne Bepflanzung Kinderanimstion passte für 2 deutschsprechende Mädchen 5 und 6 Meerwasser klasklar

Wie immer - ein toller Aufenthalt. Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und sollte es ein Problem geben wird es schnell gelöst. In der Übergangszeit sind leider die Pools ziemlich kalt - dieses Jahr wurde allerdings die Heizung des Kinderpools rechtzeitig aktiviert. Wir kommen wieder.

Perfekt! Top Service, gutes Essen und freundliches Personal. Man sollte jedoch beachten, dass es vor Ort kein Riff gibt und in der Umgebung aktuell auch nichts zu funden ist. Region befindet sich aktuell im Aufbau. Die vorhandenen Baustellen rundum haben uns nicht gestört, da sie kaum zu hören waren.

Just got back from a 5 night stay at Steigenberger Ras Soma and it was amazing! Felt like pure luxury and staff were all so accommodating and very friendly. The restaurants at this hotel serve really good fresh food. Note you have to make reservation 1-2 days in advance otherwise they’re fully booked but I would recommend doing this as the food is much better than the buffet dinner. The buffet for breakfast was really nice though serving fresh omelettes, pancakes, pastries and more. The private beach is incredible, there’s always space and the water is so blue and clear! There’s also an aqua centre on the beach so you can book activities like snorkelling and wind surfing. We can’t wait to come back!
